The conference is being held on April 3-4 in beautiful Asheville, NC, a hub of activity in local foods. Conference sessions cover everything from branding, food heritage, tourism, distribution, meat production and processing and financing. You can also choose from a number of field trips to local farms and food facilities. The entire agenda is available here.
