KREC and the Kentucky Department for Energy Development and Independence are hosting a special Wind Energy in Kentucky Webinar to begin an interactive conversation with experts in the field.

This FREE webinar will provide an overview of wind energy potential in the Commonwealth, an industry perspective on wind power in Kentucky and a look at collecting wind speed data for small scale wind projects.

Speakers include Peggy Beltrone from Cascade County Wind Power in Montana, Jeff Reinkemeyer from Iberdrola and Katie Stokes from the Eastern Kentucky & TVA Wind Working Group. Cam Metcalf, KPPC Executive Director, will moderate the webinar.
